A funnnn weekend!

Me and my best friend Delaina decided we wanted to go to a resort this past weekend.  I know random and crazy right? Well it was so fun! We just relaxed and met some new people and just had a blast! We didn't get very many pictures but we sure did get some pictures in our robes! LOL

I'm going there someday..

I can not wait for the Gilbert Temple to finish!

I read a really disruptive and discouraging post on fb from a girl I went to high school with how she was so offended and disgusted that "the mormons are building one of there temples on Greenfield road". Ugh that seriously made me so so sick reading that post. And then it was even worse the comments that were made from other people about it.  I now know why missionaries are asked not to argue or whats it called when they do scripture proving??(haha) anyways. I know I probably should've just looked away and not gotten involved in that conversation but I just had to and let me say the spirit was not there for I knew it was neither the time nor place to "try and change these people's minds". I didn't argue or get mad or anything I just simply asked them how they could not want a beautiful castle like building in their city and then asked them to properly research mormons and go on mormon.org and tell me if these people really are awful people for thats what they were calling us.  Anyways long story short, it is a testimony to me that it is the sign of the times and we do need to constantly be good examples because people are watching and do notice us.  We need to be missionaries and to follow the council of our leaders.  I am grateful for my testimony and the strength and knowledge this gospel brings to me. And I can not wait for this beautiful temple to represent me and everything I stand for and believe in.

BOOTS!

YAY finally gave in and bought a pair of boots my first pair ever!  I will wear them today. They are super cute! Even cuter on.  Here they are... cute right?

Primary Program

I had the opportunity to attend a primary program today and being in the singles ward you forget what sweet spirits little children bring! It made me miss family wards so much :( Extremely tempted to take a break from the singles ward and attend the family ward for awhile. I'd LOVE more than anything to teach primary I think that would be the greatest most special callings!

Love Halloween!

So I had a halloween party and I didn't think anyone in my group was actually going to dress up! About 30 minutes before the party I decided I should probably ask around and just make sure because I didn't want to be the only one not dressed up or even worse I didn't want to be the only one dressed up! So I got feedback and everyone was dressing up! So I literally had 15 min to whip out a costume! Thank goodness for brothers!

It was fun pimpin it out! lol

What do I do during fall break?

BABYSIT! I get to babysit all the munchkins that are off school and boy was it fun! I think at one point I counted over 15 kids in the house at one time.  Needless to say the house was full of kids all week! I am so blessed to be apart of the Webb family.  I love these kids so much!

 

Then! I got to watch my cute nephews.  They are always so fun to have around!

I'd say it was a pretty dang good week!
