umm... thats a snake.

My parents have lived in the house for 12 years and have never once seen a snake until two days ago! The missionaries knocked on the door 8:30 Sunday night and Branden turned on the light and opened the door and thats when they saw the snake right by the front door! Branden shut the door and got my dad and of course we all went running! It was a California King snake (I guess??) and it was HUGE. what the heck?? where'd it come from. Now i'm all freaked out every night I have to walk outside there. um no thanks!  Stay away creepy things!

Birthdays are SO FUN!

I had the greatest birthday! If you don't think I have the most amazing friends in the world after this post then I want to know what you think an amazing friend is. But seriously, I am so grateful for all these people in my life. They all bring so much love and happiness and energy. I know the Lord has greatly blessed me with these genuine people to admire and learn from. I'd say I am pretty dang lucky!

The weekend started out going in LA with Paige Webb my friend and the lady I have babysat for for 10 years!  She pampered and spoiled me all weekend! It was so relaxing and so much fun! We slept in, ate breakfast in bed, shopped and shopped and oh ya shopped!  We went and saw The Help (the most amazing movie ever) and then got pedicures and then went to the Dry Bar  So freakin fun!! If you don't know what the Dry Bar its a place that only washes, blow drys and styles hair.  If you have a full head of hair like me and paige well you hate washing your hair! Haha so this was such a treat. So relaxing and just fun! And then right after that we had to fly home :( but Thanks Paige for a fun weekend!

THEN.. my friends Delaina and Travis rented out Swirl It for a birthday party for me. Ya can you believe it?! I couldn't.  I felt so loved by all who came to celebrate!  It was such a good memorable night!

Ya think he did enough?? LOL He is such a great guy! So lucky to have him in my life! and I've been wanting this perfume for a LONG time! :)
